FortiVoice Enterprise enables users to process phone calls on the Web as an organization’s phone operator. This recipe quickly details how to use FortiVoice operator mode.
Configuring a User Privilege

Before you can use the operator mode a user must have access to the operating mode privilege. To create a user privilege
- Go to Call Features > User Privileges > User Privileges.
- Select New.
- Configure the user privilege and enable Operator role.
- Select Create.

Configuring an Extension

To configure an extension and apply the user privilege to it
- Go to Extensions > Extensions > IP Extensions.
- Select New.
- Configure the extension and select the User Privilege you configured in the previous step.
- Select Create.
- Go to Extensions > Extensions > Preferences.
- Double-click the extension you created.
- Select Operator console from the Display Preference section.
